Service Description

TrinityC offers a standard Team Goal-Oriented Coaching Package for organizational or corporate team coaching sessions. These sessions are geared to provide quality goal-oriented coaching sessions to build team dynamics. Each session is focused on the specific area and direction provided to the coach. Organizations can schedule up to five hours per month (weekly, bi-weekly, or one full day) for their teams. Package includes: • Two monthly meetings (virtual and/or in person)of 1.5 hours plus half hour before and after preparation time/ feedback report. • Access (email, call, texts) to coach between scheduled meetings—one hour. • Two onsite visits for team meetings, shadowing, etc. (travel and expenses separate)
